Spade Metallics was conceptualised by Mr Surinder Mittal, who brought experience from the cutting tools industry into alloy steels, and Mr Avinash Sharma, with his background in metallurgy. Mr Sharma later sold his stake to Mr Mittal to pursue another business opportunity.
