Spade Metallics was conceptualized by Mr. Surinder Mittal, who ventured from Cutting Tools industry to Alloy Steels, and Mr. Avinash Sharma, a renowned name in the field of metallurgy. Later on, Mr. Sharma, sensing another business opportunity, decided to sell out the stake to Mr. Mittal, and started another successful enterprise.
